For the past few months (wtf), I've been using whatever free time I can grasp to create a course about this whole "GROWING REAL" thing.

It's designed to walk you through a process of UNBLOCKING yourself by exploring the relationship between your EGO and your SHADOW 'stuff' and the UNREAL MINDSET that arises when you allow your ego to 'win'.

This is a SERIOUS THING so it's only for good for you if you're willing to COMMIT to yourself and figure out who you really are and what you wanna do with your life.

What you'll get:

-About 8 HOURS of extreme video content that will help you understand this stuff in a structured way.

-A WORKBOOK that contains exercises for each of the modules and ensures you can start ACTING on this stuff.

This whole thing is designed to be a SHORTCUT to learning to spot the mental blocks you might have and where they come from - once you've started to figure that out you can start making REAL CHOICES and then build something REAL for yourself through a PURPOSE that makes life feel meaningful.

The worst things all turned out to be the best in

The worst things all turned out to be the best in the end 👇

Being dragged up by abusive assholes as a kid taught me to be my own man.

Losing people I loved taught me to dodge bullets.

Nearly dying a few times showed me how strong I can be and how precious life is.

Losing the things that were important showed my what's still REAL.

Getting involved in a failed business partnership a few years ago showed my that I know enough to go my own way.

Getting older shows me how valuable time is and taught me to say "Gimme something REAL or GTFO".

Fake friends showed me how valuable the real ones are and not to take anybody for granted.

Owning the crazy, chaotic side of myself that I tried to hide after getting sick gave me a healthier relationship with my FEAR so I could push through my EDGE.

Being broke in the past taught me that MONEY IS JUST A NUMBER and shattered my limiting beliefs around it.

Hitting ROCK BOTTOM showed me what's real so I could build on a SOLID foundation.

ETC.

The point is that there is no SHIT - there's ONLY DIAMONDS.

You just have to know how to shine.

Life is like a game of cards:

You get dealt a set of cards - biology, place of birth, etc. (FATE).

You decide what you want to do with them - vision, dreams, goals, etc. (MINDSET and BELIEF in SELF).

The world tells you what you're allowed to do - rules, traditions, convention etc. (the WORLD / MATRIX).

When you understand these three levels you can make better CHOICES (or ACCEPT what has to be ACCEPTED) and then work to keep growing REAL and getting where you need to be.

What you believe you receive 👇

The only thing standing between ourselves and the lives that we want is our BELIEFS.

If we allow our unresolved SHAME, GUILT, and/or TRAUMA to hold us back from ACTION then we'll never get anywhere in life and we'll always feel like something is missing.

If you want to free yourself from yourself, then you need to improve your relationship with your unresolved 'stuff' (shame, guilt, and/or trauma) and then looking at the stories these things make you tell yourself about:

Yourself - who you are FUNDAMENTALLY and whether or not this is a 'fixed' thing.

The World - what's possible when it comes to your relationships with others and EXTERNAL barriers.

Reality - the laws that affect all things and that you have to ACCEPT and work with to get places (examples: cause and effect, everything changes, action & reaction).

Learn to catch yourself holding yourself back and flip your BELIEF SYSTEM on its head so that it's aligned with reality and UNBLOCKS you.

The real you is always FREE.

9 times out of 10 it's your beliefs stopping you from being this way.

Being REAL is about the CHOICES you make:

1. Edge / Comfort Zone

Stretch yourself to find the moments in life when you get out of your head and touch the EDGE.

This shows you who you REALLY are.

2. Uncertainty / Certainty

Real life is about riding through CHAOS and realising we don't know everything. Trying to cling to CONCEPTUAL knowledge (instead of experiential) stunts your growth.

3. Death / Denial

EMBRACE the fact that you'll be DEAD one day so you value your time, energy, and attention and INVEST them wisely.

4. Question BS / Believe BS

Fine-tune your BS DETECTOR so you don't fall into the trap of the WORLD and the illusions that are designed to keep you from yourself.

5. Respect Body / Disrespect Body

Find a way to RESPECT your body whilst you're in it because without it you can't do all of the REAL things you need to do and will lack ENERGY.

6. Move Forward / Resist Change

Figure out a TRUE direction and keep moving with purpose. The alternative is to close your heart, get lost in your head, and WASTE your life by hesitating.

7. Ignite Values/ Deny Values

Find your REAL VALUES (not those of the world) and set them on fire by translating them into ACTION.

8 Shadow / Ego

Learn to face ALL of the parts of yourself and to not just hide behind the image you've created to keep UNREAL shame, guilt, and/or trauma at bay (see: Shadow Life: Freedom From BS in an Unreal World).

9. Tribe / Isolation

As you GROW REAL find other REAL ONES that share your values, intentions, and sense of morality so that you can SUPPORT each other to grow. Nobody exists in isolation and you can't do everything alone.

Stay real and keep growing.

You can't avoid fake people in an unreal world but you can make a CHOICE about how you deal with them.

In general, the TRUTH about life is that we get what we TOLERATE.

If you keep tolerating fake BS then that's what you'll keep getting.

Learn to spot the signs, remember the sacred mantra ("Gimme something real or GTFO") and then go focus on the REAL stuff.

Life's too short for anything else.

Knowledge is power 👇

Dealing with emotional retards can be frustrating (even moreso if you're also an emotional retard) but learning to spot the signs makes it easier to make DECISIONS about how to deal with people.

If you find yourself surrounded by emotional retards then you have OPTIONS:

1. See it as a test in patience.

2. See it as a sign that you've made bad choices and put yourself in a position you don't belong in.

3. GTFO

Do you know any emotional retards? How do you deal with them?

Do you notice any of these qualities in yourself? What's your plan for moving forward?

Relationships aren't necessarily 'easy' but if you remember that we're all from earth and we're all dealing with the same shit it get a lot easier:

-Have realistic expectations.

-Check yourself before you wreck it for both of you.

-Remember that real always works.

-Gimme something real or GTFO.

REAL ALWAYS WORKS 👇

The difference between your UNREAL and REAL life is your MINDSET.

This is because the QUALITY of your mindset either makes or breaks your relationships with yourself, your relationship with yourself affects your relationship with the world, and your relationship with the world affects your relationship with reality.

Self -> World -> Reality

It all starts with 'YOU' and real always works.

You know when you're being either real or unreal because of the FEEDBACK you get from life:

If you're not getting the RESULTS you want then - at some level, probably because of unconscious shame, guilt, and/or trauma - your beliefs are UNREAL and they're holding you back.

If you're feeling ANXIOUS more than is 'normal' (a little anxiety at the right time can get the noggin' a joggin') then it means your self-image is UNREAL and you're filtering everything through it.

If you're feeling DEPRESSED, then there's a good chance it's because your unreal BELIEFS have caused you to stop moving and to become stagnated and stultified (which would depress anybody).

The SOLUTION is to realise that this UNREAL mindset is something that you LEARNED and that has conditioned you to act in an unreal way (so you can be controlled by the world).

When you realise this you can SHIFT back into cultivating a healthy relationship with yourself, the world, and reality by learning to manage your beliefs.

The REAL you works in the same way that reality does:

-It keeps moving and evolving.

-It is beyond judgement.

-It doesn't need permission to be whatever it is.

-It doesn't seek external validation or approval because real SELF-ACCEPTANCE is UNCONDITIONAL.

-It doesn't need to hesitate because of doubters or naysayers.

-It is still REAL regardless of outcomes so doesn't depend on them for a sense of 'worth'.

-It recognises the ABUNDANCE of opportunity in life and makes the most of it.

Realise that the UNREAL you has been LEARNED and be thankful that you can UNLEARN it.

Something we all need to know about fake friends 👇

A bitter pill that sometimes needs to be swallowed is that some people in our lives are only our 'friends' because of WHO we are, not WHO we are.

Yeah, that's a paradoxical sentence but basically all it means is that some people only ingratiate themselves into our lives because of what they think we can do for them:

-Maybe they need somebody to be an EMOTIONAL TAMPON and listen to every little feeling that ruffles their feathers.

-Maybe they need our ADVICE or we've reached a certain level in our careers (etc.) and they want the BENEFIT of picking our brains.

-Maybe they want ACCESS to our networks or to the people we know.

-Maybe they think we have a certain amount of POWER or MONEY and they want a piece of the pie.

-Maybe they think we can get them access to whatever else it is that they want like being part of the 'in-crowd' or to be introduced to sexy people or WHATEVER.

Tbh, it could be ANYTHING, but the bottom line is that some people are only acting like 'friends' because they've perceived that the relationship offers them some kind of BENEFIT.

When we're caught up in our own EGO BS and our personal desire to be 'seen' or to be recognised as [whatever our self-image needs to keep its hold over us] then we can ignore the REALITY of this kind of situation and act like these people really are our friends.

Of course, there's nothing WRONG with doing things for your REAL friends or helping them to grow more real with you and move forward - that's the whole point of having a TRIBE.

Those healthy relationships are never ONE-SIDED, though - they're about GIVING and TAKING for mutual growth and forward momentum.

These FAKE relationships are usually one-sided with somebody benefitting way more than the other in terms of time, energy, and attention (because that's exactly how they designed the relationship to be).

Here's the litmus test:

If they came around when things are GOOD because of the benefits, you can guarantee they'll be NOWHERE to be seen when the scale tips and the benefits are elsewhere instead.

Stay real and keep the real ones around.
